What We Offer
Electro Tone Service offers multiple ways to get your equipment back in working order. We provide both on-site service calls and in-shop repairs. Commonly working with Churches, Studios, Venues, and private residences.
We frequently service throughout Cincinnati and surrounding areas and can also arrange an instrument drop-off or exchange when needed. Our work ranges from routine maintenance and minor repairs to full restorations of vintage and modern instruments. Whether it’s a quick repair for a small issue or an urgent repair preventing Sunday service, we’ve got you covered.
On Site - Service Calls
We offer convenient on site repair service calls. We understand not all instruments are easily moveable. The cost for a service call is based on mileage and travel time involved. Please contact us for a quote.
For service calls we bring with us parts, tools, and any resources needed to make all repairs on site, generally in just one trip!
In Shop - Carry In
We offer in shop repairs to a variety of instruments, Please contact us to schedule a time to drop off your instrument and meet with a technician personally.
For our customers out of state, You may also ship your instrument to us for repairs. If you are interested in doing this. Please reach out to us and we will provide you with the instructions on how to ship to us and package your instrument safely.
Diagnostic
Our diagnostic Fee is $45 - Once evaluated we will provide you with an estimate for repairs. If you choose to proceed with any repairs we will apply the fee toward any repairs that we do.
Occasionally with more complex restorations or repairs, diagnostic troubleshooting may exceed the $45, but that is not a standard and we will communicate this prior to going any further.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the repair and parts availability, we generally are able to diagnose and repair most things within 0-2 weeks. For large repairs/restorations we provide a turnaround time case by case.
We understand some musicians need repairs as quick as possible and we are generally able to accommodate. At this time we do not charge a rush fee, but reserve the right to do so if unfair to other customers that were ahead
Instrument Sales
We often times have instruments and equipment that we have restored in our shop for sale.
We like to keep a selection of keyboards, Hammond organs and Leslie speakers and various other vintage instruments.
